Luminol cleaning in automobiles

Every year thousands of crimes are committed that involve vehicles. CSI personnel commonly use a chemical know as “Luminol” in the process of discovering blood in vehicles. Other substances such as fingerprint dust are also used and are extremely difficult to remove.  Bio Clean Services provides cleanup and restoration of vehicles that contain luminol, fingerprint dust, blood and other biohazard pathogens that may be associated with crimes and trauma.

If you are responsible for cleaning or restoration of a vehicle containing these chemicals, it’s important that you hire a professional company like Bio Clean Services to perform the restoration.  Any biohazards that may be found in the car can be spread through the use of these chemicals. Even trace elements of blood, if not properly removed and sanitized can cause potential dangers to your health for weeks after the cleanup is performed.

In addition to health risks associated with blood and other biohazards in vehicles, if they are not properly removed, you can have problems with horrific odors, bugs and other harmful bacteria that can be extremely difficult to completely remove if the initial cleaning was done improperly.

Bio Clean Services maintains all necessary equipment to completely clean, sanitize and remove all odors from vehicles.  Whether the vehicle was subject to a crime, death, suicide or other traumatic incident, it’s important that you know the health risks associated with these scenes and leave the cleanup to trained professionals.

Many times after CSI or emergency personnel have completed their duties, the vehicle is released to whomever is responsible. At the time the vehicle is released instructions or warnings are most likely not given on the proper handling of cleanup or transporting the vehicle. Because of this, not only is there a potential for health risks with the personal responsible, but may cause liabilities to them if the health of others is affected due further contamination because of improper handling.

If you are responsible for a vehicles that has been involved in an accident, trauma, crime or death call us immediately for professional, licensed cleanup.

The importance of having a biohazard cleanup plan for your business

If you own a business or manage a commercial building with tenants, chances are you’ve thought about what would happen if a biohazard incident occurred. But do you actually have a plan in place that protects the health of others and you from the liability?

Bio Clean Services offers industrial accident, blood, trauma, crime, death and other biohazard cleanup services.  Being faced with a biohazard site in a commercial setting can in most cases be far more dangerous than a confined site like someone’s home or auto. Public workplaces and buildings have more people in close proximity to an affected area and extreme caution should be used when handling the cleanup and removal from an accident or trauma site.

Property owners and commercial business management are responsible for the health and safety of occupants of spaces and when the presence of any biohazards such as blood, airborne pathogens and other dangerous microorganisms are present it is imperative that an experienced biohazard cleanup team like Bio Clean Services remediate and disinfect the site as quickly as possible to protect the health of anyone in immediate contact with the site. There are strict requirements for handling and disposal of biohazard materials and if these protocols are not properly followed, property owners can be liable is there is a compromise in someone’s health.

Bio Clean Services maintains the proper certifications and experience necessary to deal with industrial accident and trauma clean up.  These types of accidents are not frequently thought about so it’s important that business and commercial property owners have a remediation plan in effect in the event of an accident.

If you own, manage or lease a commercial business or space, please contact Bio Clean Services for more information about the types of services that we offer and our coverage areas. Our technicians are professional, discreet and experienced in working with traumatic crime and accident sites where others are present. We can assist you with a plan of action to ensure safety and provide resources that offer assistance with the financial costs in certain circumstances.

Ending Sexual Assault on College Campuses

Sexual assault is a terrible tragedy that happens to thousands of Americans each year. It’s an even more complex tragedy when it is happening more frequently on college campuses across the United States. For most people, the focus tends to be on the victim and the events surrounding the assault. These are very important factors in any assault case however, with every assault there is a huge biohazard potential associated with the crime. Bio Clean Services provides biohazard decontamination from crimes of sexual assault, violent deaths, home invasions and other intense traumas.

After the crime is committed, the biohazards that remain cannot simply be “washed away”. Blood, tissues, bodily fluids and other matter always remain at the crime scene and these biohazards must be properly remediated to avoid the potential of infections and contamination of others.  When sexual assault crimes are committed on college campuses (dorm rooms, public facilities to name a few) it’s important that these scenes be properly cleaned and disinfected. The areas are typically ones that many people are in or around and the risks and health hazards associated with these crimes puts the universities at huge risk for health issues and safety of other students.

Bio Clean Services maintains all necessary permits and certifications to properly clean, disinfect and remove all biohazard materials associated with these and other crime scenes.  We realize that these crimes traumatize many people and work discreetly and professionally to return the sites to a safe, sanitized area as soon as possible.  Each State maintains strict local and federal protocols for proper cleanup and biohazard handling. We arrive on scene with the proper equipment and materials, secure the site to avoid contamination spreading and completely restore the site to a pre-incident, safe condition.

If you are an administrator of faculty member of a College or University, please make sure that you have proper biohazard  handling protocols in place. If not,  create one and include Bio Clean Services as the company to contact for all biohazard cleanup and removal needs that arise.

Hoarding generally occurs by cluttering of materials like garbage, furniture, clothing, flea market / yard sale items and more. Garbage is often considered as the major source for the formation dangerous biohazards associated with hording. Bio Clean Services performs hoarding and gross filth clean up for property owners and individuals who hoard. These hoardings are often very dangerous in congested household environments because the person lives in the contaminated surroundings every day. Hoarding in most cases is an addiction and the hoarder doesn’t realize that they are placing their health and the health of others at great risk.

Our technicians are experienced in disinfecting and sanitation of these types of sites. We maintain all necessary permits for the handling, removal and disposal of materials containing biohazards.  Even though we perform death, trauma and crime scene cleanup services, hoarding cleanup has become more prevalent over the past few decades. Our main objective is to remove the debris, remediate and disinfect the space and return the area to a safe habitable state for the property owner.

Most hoarders do not realize that accumulated garbage is a breeding ground for bacteria that can cause major health complications. It also attracts rodents and insects that carry diseases that can be fatal to the hoarder. In most cases, it is necessary to remove all items from the space in order to properly disinfect and sanitize the structure itself.  Our technicians, in some cases, are able to salvage good pieces of furniture and other household items though the majority of items removed have to be disposed of to rid the risk of further contamination.

If you or someone you know is dealing with a hoarding issue, please contact Bio Clean Services immediately. Our trained technicians can give an on-site assessment and help you develop a plan to eliminate the debris, sanitize the space and protect the health of the hoarder and anyone associated with these conditions.  Many people will not seek the assistance of a professional company because of the stigma associated with hoarding. Bio Clean Services technicians perform gruesome cleanup of death and accident scenes so conditions associated with hoarding are nothing to be ashamed of.  Call us today, we can help.

Bio Clean Services provides cleanup for death and trauma scenes. Blood Cleanup Procedures

Blood and other bodily fluid spills that occur inside or in an outside environment need to be decontaminated to prevent the possible transmission of communicable disease and other health risks. Bio Clean Services provides blood cleanup and other biohazard decontamination services in Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

Even a tiny drop of blood, if splashed, can cover a large surface area so it’s important that you hire a professional biohazard cleanup company to assist you in restoring the site to completely safe condition quickly. Our technicians maintain specific bloodborne pathogen training and are familiar with the practices of safe biohazard handling and removal.

We frequently receive calls related to death, trauma, suicide and even violent crime scenes that contain the presence of blood and other biohazards. Once investigators or emergency personnel leave the site, it then becomes the property owners responsibility to have the aftermath cleaned up. Police and emergency personnel do not clean these area. They often times leave behind medical waste, blood soaked materials, fingerprint dust, luminal and other materials used in their investigation or on site treatment. Bio Clean Services offers 24 hour emergency dispatch to help clients who are in need of biohazard decontamination.

These sites should not be cleaned using normal household chemicals. Chemicals not designed for biohazard cleanup can actually make the site much harder for professionals to re-clean. Our technicians work with specific equipment that will detect even the smallest traces of blood and we make certain that the scenes are completely free from any biohazard materials that could potentially affect the health of others.  This diminishes the risk of potential transmission of diseases and the liability of the property owner for not having it properly cleaned.

If you or someone you know has experienced an accident or traumatic event that requires biohazard cleanup, contact our office immediately for assistance.  We are familiar with all Federal and State biohazard cleanup regulations and can offer our assistance in helping file insurance and other financial assistance claims.

The importance of Crime Scene Cleanup

Most people only see crime, death and trauma scenes on TV shows like “CSI”, “Law & Order” and many others where only post death scenes are shown. For hundreds of Americans every day, crime and trauma becomes a harsh reality.  Bio Clean Services provides biohazard decontamination for death, trauma, crime, suicide and many other forms of biohazard site cleanups.

The same scenario applies to crime scenes, even non-violent crimes. There is always fingerprint dust, luminol and other materials used by investigators that are nearly impossible for untrained individuals to clean up. If there is glass breakage there is always a potential for the presence of blood that may not be seen by an individual who attempts to clean the site on their own.

Our technicians are qualified to handle and remove the biohazard materials and decontaminate the site returning it to a pre-incident condition.  When you are faced with these situations it is important that you know what could happen if a site is not properly cleaned:

• Undiscovered blood can cause horrific odors, attract bugs and potentially spread communicable disease

• You or the property owner could be held liable for inadequate cleaning if someone’s health becomes compromised or a communicable disease is spread.

• You may end up paying thousands of dollars to restore areas that a professional company like Bio Clean Services could have been able to salvage.

These are just a few examples. Every situation is different and requires a specific cleanup  protocol.  If you or someone you know has experienced a crime, death or traumatic incident, call us now. We offer fast 24/7 emergency services to assist you with proper clean up.

Prison guard suicides on the rise this year.

Bio Clean Services receives many calls for aftermath cleanup from suicide scenes.  When people hear suicides they usually think of depressed, emotionally challenged individuals alone at home or in some remote areas. This is true in many cases, however suicide victims can be someone with emotional disorders, professionals in high stress industries, someone with financial problems or even children with relation to crimes, drugs, gangs or even bullying.

Recently the awareness of personnel in America’s prison systems has noticed an increase in the amount of staff suicides. Primarily the thought is that there is a direct relation between the dismal environment that workers endure and the feeling of hopelessness that is associated with prisoners, especially ones that have been sentenced to life without parole.  These workers typically work long hours and in most cases are confined to one specific area and never see the outside world once they report for duty.

These workers deal with violent fights, suicides, murders and many other scenarios inside prison facilities so it’s understandable that it can take an emotional toll on workers.  Bio Clean Services provides biohazard cleanup services for police jail cells, prisons and other secure facilities where biohazards such as blood, urine, feces and other bodily fluids are present.  We are skilled in handling and removal of biohazards in a discreet, safe manner and restoring these scenes to a safe sanitized environment.

Agencies and prisons often contract our services due to liabilities associated with the biohazard cleanup. It is too costly and time consuming for prisons, police departments and some emergency transport services to maintain the proper permits and certifications needed to perform the cleanup job. The risks associated with the cleanup process are simply too great for these agencies. Our company is experienced, insured and we maintain all of the necessary permits to handle biohazard cleanup jobs.

Servicing a four state region in the northeastern United States we offer 24 hour emergency dispatch to serve our clients. Depending on the type of incident, we have staff accustomed to working in maximum security facilities and are familiar with the privacy protocols associated with these incident scenes. Contact our office to learn more about contracting our company for your commercial or agency needs.

Who is responsible for cleaning up after a suicide or messy death?

Crime scene investigators and emergency personnel do not clean up after trauma, crime and suicides. In most cases there are always medical waste left behind in addition to blood, bodily fluids and other matter that must be cleaned up. The real questions is, “Who’s responsible for cleanup?”

Ordinarily the family members or other persons residing with the deceased would be responsible for the cleanup. If the person died alone or without family, the responsibility typically falls on whomever owns the property. If the incident occurs in a commercial setting such as an office building, the management of the building would most likely be responsible for ensuring proper cleanup to protect other tenants in the building.

Bio Clean Services is experienced in the cleanup of death, crime, trauma, suicide and many other biohazard scenes.  Each state has different requirements and protocols for the cleanup and removal of biohazard waste materials. With our coverage areas expanded to a four state northeastern region, we maintain all of the necessary permits and training to ensure that the biohazard scenes we clean are 100% safe and returned to their original, pre-incident condition.

Cleanup after any form of traumatic event is no easy task. There are hidden biohazards and microorganisms that cannot be seen with the human eye and even small trace amounts of these biohazards have the capability of causing infections disease spread, health hazards to those who come in contact and possibly even death.  It is imperative that these scenes be professionally cleaned and sanitized following strict guidelines for safety standards implements by agencies such as OSHA, EPA and the State Departments of Health.

If you are faced with a trauma, crime, death or biohazard situation please call our professional technicians at once.  We offer 24 / 7 emergency dispatch to help make certain that our clients are safe and protected.  Financial responsibility for our services usually falls on the family or property owner however several insurance carriers cover these types of services. There are also additional assistance options from other agencies nationwide. Bio Clean Services can help you in filing the necessary documents to obtain assistance in these cases.

Industrial Accidents and What Employers and Owners Should Know

Many American businesses run smoothly each and every day but if you own an industrial business you can expect at some point to be faced with some sort of severe accident, trauma or death in the workplace. Bio Clean Services provides cleaning for these types of industrial incidents all through the northeastern US.

Due to the liability, rigid regulations and most of all the emotional trauma when these accidents happen, a professional cleanup company like Bio Clean Services should always be hired to clean the accident scene.  Most workplace or industrial accidents take place in areas that directly affect other employees or in some instances the general public.  If the accident scene is not professionally remediated by a certified biohazard cleaning company and someone’s health is compromised as a result of inadequate cleanup, the property owner or it’s tenant may be liable.

As with any incident that involves blood, tissue, bodily fluids and other biohazards, it is critical that the scene be cleaned following protocols set by State and local authorities for removal and disposal.  These types of pathogens may be disturbed if improperly cleaned causing them to become airborne where they may possibly be ingested by others in certain proximity to the incident scene.  Depending on the circumstances, these biohazard materials could carry infectious diseases that are life threatening or fatal to those who are exposed.

If you are the responsible party for the cleanup and it’s determined that you did not adequately remediate the incident scene, you can be liable for any person(s) who are affected.  Our staff of certified biohazard technicians are available 24 hours a day for immediate response dispatch. In the event that you experience any type of industrial or workplace accidents where other personnel are involved, call the appropriate emergency response personnel, evacuate the area of the incident and contact our office immediately to schedule cleanup.

After emergency personnel or authorities leave, there is most always waste, tissue, blood and other substances left behind.  Rarely do emergency personnel take the time to alert you of potential hazards or who to call to handle the cleanup.  We suggest that all business and industrial companies maintain an emergency checklist of who to contact as soon as an incident occurs.

Hidden Biohazards Found in Foreclosed Homes

Our country has been faced with tens of thousands of foreclosures over the past few years and although the market appears to be strengthening foreclosure is still a harsh reality for many homeowners. Bio Clean Services provides services to clean up foreclosed homes and return them to a safe and disinfected habitable property for banks, real estate companies and private owners.

It is not uncommon for foreclosed properties to be left in an unsanitary condition when occupants move out.  Often times these homes are subject to vandalism or squatters who leave these homes soiled with urine, feces, dangerous drug paraphernalia and other harmful substance. This creates a nightmare for banks and real estate companies who try to market these homes for resale.

In circumstances like these, the bank or real estate personnel are not trained to clean or remediate the properties therefore they rely on the services of a professional biohazard clean up company like Bio Clean Services.  We posses extensive experience in handling these types of difficult cleaning jobs. We also perform Hoarding, death, suicide, trauma and crime scene cleanup jobs in the North Eastern United States.  We provide complete removal of biohazards, sanitation and restoration of these properties or scenes to a habitable condition.

Different areas of the country can be especially difficult because of warmer climates and the large number of swimming pools that are not properly maintained in a foreclosure situation. These properties are also more susceptible to vandalism from people who try to intentionally destroy the property.  If you are a bank or private owners, you may be liable to your local authorities if these types of hazards go unattended.  We work with many banks and private homeowners to clean up biohazard scenes that happen while a property is being marketed.

If you need this type of scene clean up or decontamination guidance, please contact our office for more information on the services we provide and areas we cover.  We are available 24 hours a day with emergency response dispatch and can assist with procedures for insurance claims and other payment assistance options.

Gun Crimes Lead To Dangerous Biohazard Scenes

No matter where you live in the United States, gun crimes are still a reality that we face daily.  From large metropolitan areas to rural small towns, Bio Clean Services receives frequent calls from authorities and property owners requesting crime scene, death and blood cleanup services. In many of these cases, shootings were accidental but there is still a major volume of violent gun crimes committed each year.

Several factors attribute to these crimes and many times involve domestic disagreements, murder/suicides and people who are subject to illegal drug use or anti-depressant medications.  Though statistics of the individual causes aren’t known, the same common biohazard denominator is true in all scenes involving shootings.  Blood, bodily fluids and other matter is present in these scenes and it must be professionally cleaned and removed in order to ensure a safe environment for everyone involved.

Some authorities make referrals of professional crime scene cleanup companies like Bio Clean Services but many leave the responsibility up to the victims, family members and property owners to find a certified biohazard cleanup company.  We possess the qualifications and necessary certifications to properly clean up death, murder, suicide and crime scenes and also provide services to decontaminate illegal drug scenes (meth labs) or the biohazards from hoarding and gross filth conditions.

Depending on the state you reside in, each municipality has their own regulations and protocol for the handling, removal and disposal of biohazard waste.  Although there are some federal regulations, it’s important to know these protocols and regulations. Any individual attempting to clean up these types of scenes who isn’t certified and does not follow these protocols could very easily find themselves liable for improper clean up practices and may be putting the health of themselves and others in jeopardy.  Whenever there is a presence of blood, tissue, fluids and other biohazards special industrial chemicals and equipment are needed to ensure the scenes are free from biohazards and completely decontaminated.  If a scene is improperly cleaned it’s possible to have horrible odors and the presence of some dangerous pathogens or biohazards can remain present for weeks or months after clean up is performed.

If you experience any of these types of scenarios, please contact our office immediately. The cost of professional cleanup services is far less than the liability you face from improper cleanup of these dangerous scenes.

The Unknown Dangers of Transitioning from High School to College

The time is quickly approaching for the Graduating Class of 2014 High School Students to transition to college life.  Whether they're traveling across the country or just across town to attend their chosen campus, their previously safe and sanitary environment will become vulnerable to many of the biohazards that public life affords. Bio Clean Services provides biohazard cleaning in the Northeastern United States.

One of 5 college women are raped during their college years according to the Center for Disease Control’s 2012 statistics.  Most survivors of sexual assaults are full time students.  Approximately 1/3 of the survivors are 1st year students between the ages of 17-19.  Left behind are invisible organisms for which a biohazard clean-up is required. Colleges across the state are often faced with contracting a biohazard company like  Bio Clean Services to remediate these scenes. We employ technicians who are experienced in all aspects of biohazard clean-up professionally and discretely.

An equally serious scenario under which biohazard teams are imperative is the cleanup of microbes left behind after an unruly campus party.  The inappropriate, unintentional discharge of a biohazard, such as urine, fecal matter or other bodily fluid,  are significant health concerns. These scenes pose an immediate health risk to anyone who may come in contact.  Bodily fluid cleanup must be immediately addressed, to ensure the health and safety of all students. The liability of  universities must be  diminished. We are familiar with state and local regulations and OSHA guidelines and provide certified remediation services to ensure proper cleanup protocol.

If you have children planning to attend a university for the first time, we urge you to discuss these potential dangers.  If you are a member of a university administration please contact our office for additional information on the  services we offer and areas we cover.  We maintain  24 hour emergency dispatch  for immediate response to your biohazard needs.

Domestic Violence in Florida – Some things you should know

In this line of work we often get calls for biohazard clean up where there was a presence of domestic violence.  Over the past decade the amount of domestic violence cases has drastically increased and the severity of these crimes often ends in a tragic death that could have possibly been avoided.

If you know someone who is a victim of domestic violence or are a victim yourself, there are resources that can help. Agencies like The National Domestic Hotline have programs that can help victims of domestic violence.  There is a common misconception that domestic violence only happens against women. These cases can include children and men who are involved in volatile, abusive relationships.  These agencies have programs that can offer assistance, counseling, emergency housing and other services. There are also legal representatives that can assist you in the process of taking legal action as a victim.

Bio Clean Services provides biohazard clean up from these types of crimes, death, suicide and other accident scenes.  Anytime there is a presence of blood and other matter that needs to be remediated from these scenes, you should always protect yourself and the health of all people involved by hiring a certified cleanup company to properly clean up these biohazards.  Sadly, many domestic violence cases turn into violet murder crimes or suicide scenes and these are the most common scenes we are hired for.

We provide information like this in effort to promote stopping domestic violence in the Northeast.  If you or someone you know needs help, we urge you to contact the appropriate agencies for your safety.  Domestic violence charges in the Northeast a carry stiff penalties and most all cases involve imprisonment. If you are reading this article and feel as though you are in a situation that is even “questionable” contact the agencies above today. If you are a victim and in need of our services, please contact our office for more information on our biohazard clean up services and other resources to help.

Difficulties in removing odors from crime and death scenes

The removal of odors from homes and buildings is a tedious and often elusive task. Bio Clean Services is trained in odor remediation and disinfecting techniques that will eliminate any trace of odors from these types of scenes.  We are skilled at cleaning odors that arise from many sources such as disaster contaminates, blood and bodily fluids,  unattended death decomposition and others.

Most crime, trauma and death scenes contain trace elements of blood, fluids and tissues that are not seen with the human eye.  If these areas are not properly cleaned, you will have putrid odors that can last for weeks, months or in some cases even years depending on the severity of the scene.  Household cleaning solutions will not clean these areas and do not vacate the smell. They are only a temporary masking of the odors and soon as the chemicals dissipate, the odors will return.

Odor removal involves the following general principles:

• Removing the source of the odor as soon as possible. In certain instances, this may include removal of parts of the structure that are immediately affected by the source.
• Cleaning the affected surfaces and materials.  Every porous surface in the affected area must be properly cleaned and disinfected with commercial chemicals that are specifically used for this type of remediation.
• Use of counteractants to restore the area
• Sealing any surfaces that have been in contact such as flooring, porous surfaces etc; if possible

Bio Clean Services utilizes specialized chemicals and equipment to solve the odor contamination permanently by using specific solutions that chemically bond to odor molecules  in the air and on surfaces.  Our technicians have the knowledge and equipment to apply restoration techniques that return these scenes to their pre-incident condition.

If you are experiencing odors from a crime, trauma or death scene or you need specific help related to these service areas, please contact our office to learn more about the service areas we cover and our certifications.

An alarming rise in suicides of the baby boomers generation, Why?

Numerous factors attribute to the cause of suicides and a large majority would say that it can be attributed to the economic meltdown in our country.  The health and overall fitness of the baby boomer generation has deteriorated greatly and a large number of these statistics indicate that the victims

were medically ill, taking depression medication,  fighting high blood pressure, on disability and overwhelmed with credit card and other types of debt.

General consensus is that the victims life now “Isn’t what they envisioned” it would be at this age. Most of these people were in young adulthood in the 1960’s and 1970’s and that was an era that people were much more in tune with others and people helped other people.  Today, it’s a dog eat dog world motivated by money and the quest to “achieve” and the children and long time friends of the baby boomers are no exception.

The increased suicide rates are ordinarily male, elderly and alone with health and financial issues.  Because of social isolation and the feeling of being alone and abandoned, these victims take their life as they don’t see an importance in “fighting the fight” to survive in the world any longer.

Bio Clean Services gets frequent calls to provide death clean up services for families of suicide victims.  Many of the scenes we’re called to clean are unattended death scenes where no one knew that the victim had been dead for days, and in certain cases weeks to months.  We are certified in these types of cleanup jobs in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan and West Virginia.

US is experiencing an increase on vehicular suicides

Recently, leaping in front of automobiles has become a very common trend for suicides. Even a simple auto accident can cause contamination if there is a presence of blood and other fluids in or on the vehicle. Every scenario is different and the process of cleaning and restoration can range from a simple high steam cleaning of the exterior to a complex disassemble of the interior and replacement of affected components.

Vehicles that contain blood saturation most always need to be brought to the Bio Clean Service facility where our team of professionals can dismantle the components in a clean, safe environment, properly clean and disinfect the areas and install the new replacement components to restore the vehicle to a safe condition.

In regards to interior clean up, you cannot simply extract blood using steam extraction methods. Fabric areas affected by blood will need to be completely replaced. If even trace amounts of blood are not removed the site will remain hazardous, have extreme odors and attract bugs & insects.

Another misconception pertaining to auto accidents or vehicular suicides are contaminants found on a vehicles exterior. Frequently, these accidents involve pedestrians and animals and can leave behind huge amounts of bio-hazardous contaminants on and underneath the vehicle. These incidents must be handled the same way as an interior restoration and a full assessment must be made to determine the proper methods of cleaning.

Bio Clean Services warns consumers against attempting to clean a vehicle that contains these types of materials. If proper procedures are not taken to restore the vehicle, it is often times extremely difficult for a professional to restore components that have been improperly cleaned or disinfected. This leads to additional costs and replacement of components that may not be necessary if assessed and performed by a professional immediately after the accident.
